In August 2014, NPSCU officially launched its own Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages shortly after we unveiled a new slogan paired with a refreshed logo to improve, redefine, and repackage our products and services, with a focus on small medium enterprises. It’s Your Life. Build It Here. is a trending tagline heard at NPSCU and can been seen throughout the community coupled with our refreshed look that came to life in the summer of 2014.The brand revitalization was designed to better position NPSCU’s ability to provide innovative products and services that cater to the financial demands of life in North Eastern BC. We are about offering flexible products and services, tailored to the financial needs of business and retail members. With the bold and vibrant colors of our new brand, we wanted to better showcase our flexible, forward thinking way of doing business.
Objectives for launching social media:
• Increase engagement with members
• Increase awareness surrounding our brand and community investment
• Provide Member Service advice, and extend customer service
• Showcase sales and promotions
• Drive acquisition of new memberships while indirectly selling products and services to existing and new members
• Drive members to events and conferences
• Support and build and online community
• Recruit new employees
